Other Ways Acupuncture Can Help
Chinese medicine looks at the whole of you, so the list of things I can help with is a long one. Here are a few more of the reasons people come to see me. If you don’t see yours, please ask. Chances are we can work on it together.

Immune & Respiratory Support
Some people come to me because they seem to catch every cold going, or a cough lingers for weeks after the rest of the cold has cleared. In Chinese medicine, we look at what’s leaving you run down and work to gently strengthen and rebalance, with acupuncture, herbs and simple food and lifestyle changes for the season. I’m always happy to work alongside your GP.
Headaches & Migraines
Headaches have a way of taking over your whole day. Some people come to me with tension headaches that build through the neck and shoulders after long hours at a desk. Others have migraines that seem to arrive with their cycle, with stress or with poor sleep. In Chinese medicine, the pattern behind your headaches matters: where you feel them, when they come and what eases them. That helps guide treatment, which often combines acupuncture with cupping or gua sha for tight shoulders. I’m always happy to work alongside your GP or neurologist.
Energy & Fatigue

So many people tell me they’re simply tired all the time: waking up unrefreshed, hitting a wall mid-afternoon, or running on empty after a long stretch of stress. In Chinese medicine, we look at what’s draining your reserves, whether that’s sleep, digestion, hormones or the pace of life itself, and work to gently restore them. Treatment often combines acupuncture with herbs and small changes to how you eat and rest. If you haven’t already, it’s worth asking your GP for a check-up too, so we know the full picture.
Seasonal Allergies
When spring arrives in Sydney, jasmine spills over the fences and, for many of us, so do the sneezes. If you dread the season of itchy eyes, a constantly running nose and that foggy, worn-out feeling, you’re not alone. In Chinese medicine, we look at why your body is reacting so strongly and work to gently strengthen and settle it, ideally starting a few weeks before your usual season begins. Treatment often combines acupuncture with herbs and simple food changes. I’m always happy to work alongside your GP or allergist.
